KCA Corporation was founded by Mrs. Kyong Anderson for the purpose of performing
government food service contracts. It was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
in May 1983. Mrs. Anderson is the sole-owner of the Corporation, establishing it
as a minority owned business. The Corporate home office is located in Hopkinsville,
Kentucky near the Tennessee-Kentucky state line and Fort Campbell Army Post.
KCA Corporation has matured in its primary business of providing food services to
the military. It's our core competency – it’s what we do
best. We have a clear focus on customer service. All of our activities
and processes must be customer-driven and based upon each customer’s unique needs
and wants.
KCA Corporation was founded with a single business strategy in mind - concentrate
on what we know and do it the best – which for us is food service operations. We
have watched our primary marketplace of military food service contracts evolve from
simple housekeeping and dishwashing contracts into the more comprehensive food management
contracts where we provided subsistence, supplies and equipment as well as the full
range of labor management. KCA Corporation is a food service provider that can and
will modify its services and tailor them according to the specifications of our
customers.
