through military food service contracts ranging from large single unit military
cafeteria style units to multi-unit government contracts. KCA performs full food
service contracts which include food preparation and cooking, serving, replenishing,
storage of subsistence, preventive maintenance of equipment, as well as housekeeping
services. KCA’s knowledge and experience has led to the awarding of over 29 food
service contracts. The performance of the contracts has been in various locations
throughout the United States and the Republic of South Korea.
